2. The bed surface is made of high-quality cold-rolled steel plate stamping, with a thickness of 1.0mm and a concave multi hole design, which is easy to breathe and has anti slip function. There are no welding points on the surface, and the back is reinforced with steel pipes. It adopts a double support unloading structure to extend the service life of the hospital bed.
3. The bed frame is made of 40 * 80 * 1.0mm, and the bed legs are welded with 50 * 50 * 1.0mm formed square tubes. Advanced welding technology, high-quality welding, sturdy bed body, and can carry ≥ 240kg;
4. The overall bed body adopts a series of processes such as acid washing, phosphating, water washing, oxidation, etc. The fully automatic flow spraying line uses Aksu powder electrostatic spraying, with bright color and firm adhesion.

The lead screw is made of 20mm/40Cr material, which does not deform. The rotating body is made of zinc alloy die-casting technology. The joint of the lead screw is made of copper rod processed copper mother, which is closely engaged with the lead screw, effectively prevents wear, has low noise, and has a long service life.
