Intended Use:
 This product is used for qualitatively detecting animal-derived ingredients such as pig, dog, rat, cow, sheep, chicken, etc., in raw meat samples.

Sample Preparation:

  1. 1,Preparation of Liquid Tissue Samples from Meat Surfaces:
    • Use a swab to absorb the tissue fluid from the surface of the sample, trying to get close to the red meat. Gently rotate and push the swab inward until it adheres to the sample tissue fluid.
    • Immerse the swab in the extraction buffer for 10 seconds, stirring vigorously in all directions to dissolve the sample as much as possible in the solution.
  2. 2,Preparation of Meat Tissue Samples:
    • Using a provided scissor, cut approximately 0.1g of meat tissue and add it to the extraction buffer. Immerse for 10 seconds, then squeeze the meat tissue with a swab 3-4 times, stirring vigorously in all directions for 10 seconds.

Storage Conditions and Shelf Life:
Store at room temperature, away from light and moisture. The product is valid for 24 months. Open the packaging in a suitable temperature and humidity environment, and perform the test as soon as possible after opening.

Usage Steps:

  1. Before testing, read the instruction manual thoroughly and allow the test card and sample solution to reach room temperature (15~30°C).
  2. Open the aluminum pouch packaging of the test card and place it on a flat surface.
  3. Place the test card horizontally and dispense 3-4 drops (approximately 80-100ul) of the prepared sample solution into the sample well. Start timing after dispensing.
  4. Results should be read within 10-15 minutes. Results observed after 20 minutes are invalid. Interpret the results according to the diagram provided.

Interpretation of Test Results:

  • Positive: A red band appears in the Test Zone (T), and a red band appears in the Control Zone (C).
  • Negative: Only a red band appears in the Control Zone (C), with no red band in the Test Zone (T).
  • Invalid: No red band appears in the Control Zone (C), indicating an invalid test. Resample and perform the test again.

Precautions:

  • This reagent is for in vitro use only. Please read this instruction manual carefully before use.
  • Use the reagent within its validity period. The test card is recommended to be opened and used immediately; do not reuse.
  • Follow the instructions carefully. Do not mix different batches of test cards and sample preservatives.
  • The product aluminum pouch contains a desiccant, which is not edible. Do not inhale the sample extraction buffer.
  • Incorrect operation or insufficient sample volume may result in inaccurate test results.
  • The sample extraction buffer contains a small amount of preservative that may irritate the skin and eyes. If the solution comes into contact with the skin or eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of water. If skin irritation or rash occurs, seek medical attention. Take necessary safety precautions during operation.
