Product Name:
General Name: Animal-Derived Ingredient Rapid Detection Kit (Latex Immunochromatography Method)

Product Code: Pig-01

Intended Use:
This product is designed for qualitative detection of pork animal-derived ingredients in raw meat samples. The detection reagent rapidly identifies the presence of pork components in meat products, making it suitable for halal food testing and certification.

Sample Preparation:

  1. Preparation of Surface Liquid Tissue Samples from Meat:
    • Utilize a swab to absorb tissue fluid from the surface of the sample under test, ensuring close contact with the red meat.
    • Rotate and gently push the swab inward until it adheres to the sample tissue fluid.
    • Soak the swab in the extraction solution for 10 seconds, stirring thoroughly to mix and dissolve the sample as much as possible in the solution.
  2. Preparation of Tissue Samples from Meat Blocks:
    • Cut approximately 0.1g of meat using a self-provided scissors.
    • Add the meat block to the extraction solution and soak for 10 seconds.
    • Squeeze the meat block 3-4 times with a swab, stirring thoroughly for 10 seconds to mix the solution.

Main Components:

  • Animal-derived ingredient rapid detection test card
  • Instruction manual
  • Sample lysis buffer
  • Cotton swab
  • Packaging Specification: 20 tablets/box

Storage Conditions and Shelf Life:
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. The shelf life is 24 months. Open the packaging in a suitable temperature and humidity environment, and perform the test promptly after opening.

Usage Steps:

  1. Thoroughly read the instruction manual before testing. Allow the test card and sample solution to reach room temperature (15~30°C).
  2. Open the aluminum pouch packaging of the test card and place it on a flat surface.
  3. Place the test card flat and dispense 3-4 drops (approximately 80-100μl) of the processed sample solution into the sample well. Start timing immediately after adding the sample.
  4. Read the result within 10-15 minutes. Results observed after 20 minutes are considered invalid. Refer to the provided illustration for result interpretation.

Interpretation of Test Results:

  • Positive: A red band appears in both the test zone (T) and the control zone (C).
  • Negative: Only a red band appears in the control zone (C), with no red band in the test zone (T).
  • Invalid: No red band appears in the control zone (C), indicating an invalid test. Resample and retest.

  •  Precautions:
    • This reagent is intended for in vitro use only. Please read the instruction manual carefully before use.
    • Use the reagent within its expiration date. The test card should be used immediately after opening and should not be reused.
    • Follow the instructions precisely. Do not mix different batches of test cards and sample preservatives.
    • The product aluminum foil bag contains desiccant, which is not edible. Avoid inhaling the sample extraction solution.
    • Incorrect operation or insufficient sample volume may result in inaccurate test outcomes.
    • The sample extraction solution contains a small amount of preservative that may irritate the skin and eyes. If contact occurs, rinse immediately with plenty of water. Seek medical attention for skin irritation or rash. Take necessary safety precautions during operation.
