【Ingredients】The main ingredient of this product is azithromycin, otherwise known by the scientific name of (2R,3S,4R,5R,8R,10R,11R,12S,13S,14R)-13-[(2,6-dideoxy3-C-methyl-3-O-methyl-a-L-ribo-alpha-ribo-histidylglycopyranosidyl)oxy]-2-ethyl-3,4,10-trihydroxy-3,5,6,8,10,12. 14-heptamethyl-11-[[3,4,6-trideoxy-3-(dimethylamino)-b-D-wood-already-pyranosyl]oxy]-1-oxa-6-azacyclopentadecan-15-one.

[Properties] This product is white or off-white suspended particles.

Indications]: 1. Acute pharyngitis and acute tonsillitis caused by Streptococcus pyogenes.2. Sinusitis, otitis media, acute bronchitis and acute exacerbation of chronic bronchitis caused by sensitive bacteria.3. Pneumonia caused by Streptococcus pneumoniae, Haemophilus influenzae, and Mycoplasma pneumoniae.4. Urethritis and cervicitis caused by Chlamydia trachomatis and non-multi-resistant Neisseria gonorrhea.5. Skin and soft-tissue infections caused by sensitive bacteria. Soft tissue infections.

Dosage] Pour the product into a cup, add an appropriate amount of cool water, dissolve and shake well and then take orally, 1 hour before or 2 hours after meals. Adult dosage: 1. Sexually transmitted diseases caused by Chlamydia trachomatis or sensitive Neisseria gonorrhoeae, only a single oral dose of 1.0g of this product. 2. For the treatment of other infections: the first day, 0.5g at once, days 2 to 5, 0.25g at once a day; or 0.5g at once a day, for 3 days. Pediatric dosage: 1. For treatment of otitis media and pneumonia, on the 1st day, 10mg/kg of body weight should be taken at once (the maximum amount of the day should not exceed 0.5g), on the 2nd to 5th day, 5mg/kg of body weight should be taken at once (the maximum amount of the day should not exceed 0.25g), or the drug should be given in the following ways: Body weight (kg) on the first day, on the 2nd to 5th day, 15～25, 0.2g of body weight should be taken at once, 0.1g should be taken at once, 26～35, 0.3g should be taken at once, 0.15g should be taken at once, 0.3g should be taken at once. For the treatment of pediatric pharyngitis and tonsillitis, 12mg/kg of body weight should be taken at once a day (the maximum amount should not be more than 0.5g a day) for 5 consecutive days.

Adverse reactions] The patient's tolerance of this product is good, the incidence of adverse reactions is low, about 0.3% of the people who interrupted the treatment due to adverse reactions. Gastrointestinal reactions account for the majority of adverse reactions, the main symptoms include diarrhea (loose stools), epigastric discomfort (pain or cramps), nausea, vomiting, and occasionally abdominal distension. They are generally mild to moderate. Occasionally, reversible elevations of hepatic aminotransferases have been seen, with an incidence similar to other macrolide antibiotics and penicillins. Transient mild neutropenia has been seen, but whether this is related to azithromycin has not been confirmed.

Contraindications] It is contraindicated in those who are allergic to azithromycin, erythromycin, or any of the other macrolides.
