[Ingredients] The main ingredient of this product is: cimetidine. Its chemical name is: N'-methyl-N"-[2[[(5-methyl-1H-imidazol-4-yl)methyl]thio]ethyl]-N-cyanoguanidine.


【Properties】This product is white tablets or light blue or light green tablets with coloring agent, or film-coated tablets.

[Indications] Histamine H2 receptor blocker. Used to relieve stomach pain, heartburn (heartburn), acid reflux caused by excessive stomach acid; used in the treatment of duodenal ulcer, gastric ulcer, upper gastrointestinal bleeding and Zollinger-Ellison syndrome.

Usage and dosage】Orally. Adults 1 tablet once, twice a day, not more than 4 times in 24 hours.
(1)For the treatment of duodenal ulcer or pathological hypersecretion, 0.2-0.4g once, 4 times a day, after meal and before bedtime, or 0.8g once, 1 time before bedtime.
(2) Preventing recurrence of ulcers, 0.4g once a day, taken before bedtime; (3) Preventing recurrence of ulcers, 0.4g once a day, taken before bedtime.
(3)For patients with renal insufficiency, the dosage should be reduced to 0.2g once, once every 12 hours.
(4) Elderly patients dosage is reduced.
(5) Children: oral, once according to body weight 5 ~ 10mg / Kg, 2 ~ 4 times a day.
