Ingredients: The main ingredient of this product is Doxycycline Hydrochloride, which is chemically known as 6-methyl-4-(dimethylamino)-3,5,10,12,12a,-pentahydroxy-1,11-dioxo-1,4,4a,5,5a,6,11,12a-octahydro-2-and-tetrabenzoic-carboxamide hydrochloride half-ethanol hemihydrate.

Properties: This product is a light yellow tablet.

Indications:1 This product can be used as one of the drugs of choice for the following diseases: (1) rickettsial diseases, such as epidemic typhus, endemic typhus, Rocky Mountain Fever, Scrub typhus, and Q Fever; (2) infections of Mycoplasma spp.; (3) infections of Chlamydia spp. including psittacosis, venereal disease, lymphogranulomatous toothpaste, non-specific urethritis, salpingitis, cervicitis, and trachoma; (4) regression fever; (5) brucellosis ; (6) cholera; (7) rabbit fever; (8) bubonic plague; and (9) soft chancre. For the treatment of brucellosis and plague, it is necessary to combine with aminoglycosides.2 Since the common pathogenic bacteria are not sensitive to tetracycline, it can be used as an antimicrobial and antibacterial agent.

Usage and dosage: antibacterial and antiparasitic infections: adults, 100mg every 12 hours on the first day, followed by 100-200mg once a day, or 50-100mg every 12 hours. Neisseria gonorrhea urethritis and cervicitis: 100mg every 12 hours for 7 days. Non-Neisseria gonorrhoeae urethritis, those caused by Chlamydia trachomatis, and simple urethritis, cervicitis, or rectal infections due to Chlamydia trachomatis: all 100mg once, twice a day for at least 7 days. Syphilis: 150mg once, every 12 hours, the course of treatment at least 10 days.
Children over 8 years old: 2.2mg/kg according to body weight every 12 hours on the first day, followed by 2.2～4.4mg/kg according to body weight once a day.
