Ecola3000 is a multi-functional incubator, which is a very mature and excellent product amongst BNG Ecola infant incubators. It has the advantages of reliability, safety and durability. All components are manufactured by ABS mold. With a humanized design, it has beautiful appearance. Its LCD touch screen easy to operate, all components directly touch baby have passed the biological compatibility test, and other components have passed the corresponding standards to ensure that there will be no harm to the baby and side effects.

1- Acrylic Hood with Double Wall Design & Air Curtain

● Transparent cover high temperature resistant, food grade material.

● Both the front and back access panel can be opened.

● Six access door and 10 tubing ports.

● Double wall design, adopt with air curtain design, to reduce the heat exchange between incubator and the external environment , improve temperature variability(less than 0.2℃) and temperature control accuracy. Reduce the noise level inside the incubator(less than 45 dBa), create a more comfortable environment for baby.

● Large dimension design（848*442*510) which could even ensure a suitable space for twins.

2- Advanced Air Circulation Design

When the sensor detects the access panel is open,the motor (for air circulation) speed will be increased to generate an air curtain to avoid the incubator temperature dramatically lost to the outside environment. 

The heated air comes up from front and back(inside the double wall), meet on the top then go down to the baby. With such advanced air circulation design,can dramatically improve the incubator temperature uniformity.(the uniformity less than 0.5℃)

3- Reliable sensor module design.

Temperature and humidity sensors located in the sensor module built-in the hood, it can monitor the incubator's real time temperature and humidity more precisely. Adopt with Honeywell sensors, with high monitoring accuracy and stable quality.
Equipped with two temperature probes as standard configuration, Ecola3000 can monitor baby's core temperature and peripheral temperature at the same time. Two sensors monitoring the temperature in the incubator and compare the value in the real time. If the difference of two sensors more than 0.5℃, the alarm will be triggered.

4- Tilting baby tray design

Tilting angel up to 12°.
Support to be operated both from right and left sides.

5- Auxiliary power output and power cable hook
Right side of the machine are auxiliary power output and cable hook. They can support the other device which use together with incubator and avoid unnecessary potential risks caused by the power cable.

6- Water reservoir
Large capacity 1500ml water reservoir with scale line, enables EcoLa3000 incubator to keep running for 24 hours without refilling.

Water reservoir and evaporator is separated, users have no chance to contact with steam directly and avoid the scald by hot steam.

Optional autoclavable water reservoir and CPC connector. Can be disinfected by steam with high temperature.

16- PID Algorithm
With the help of PID algorithm EcoLa series incubator continuously calculates an error value as the difference between setting temperature and real time temperature and applies a correction based on proportion, integral and derivative terms. It keeps to minimize the error over time by adjustment of heating power and eventually minimizes temperature variability and reduce temperature overshoot to give infant the safest micro-environment.
