Our new UF-series of urinalysis devices is unique. Using fluorescence flow cytometry, the UF-500i offers two separate channels: one for bacteria and one for sediment particles. This means you can now detect possible urinary tract infections in about one minute instead of hours at a rate of up to 60 samples per hour. And with its other diagnostic indicators, you can easily indicate contaminations, inflammations, bacterial and mycotic infections.

A fully automated urine analyzer for the clinical lab, the UF-500i is our third generation product in the Sysmex® UF-Series line. The UF-500i offers accurate and precise particle counts on uncentrifuged urine samples. The UF-500i enhances work flow efficiency in the clinical laboratory by offering automatic classification and enumeration of formed elements. Additionally, the analyzer frees a technologist from many of the labor-intensive steps of visual formed element identification. With the UF-500i, laboratories can now deliver rapid, standardized results to clinicians.
