Super Low Price
The XE-2100 Automated Hematology System is an easy-to-use, high-volume analyzer with a track record of reliability and productivity that provides operational efficiency for the hematology laboratory. Fluorescent flow cytometry and hydrodynamic focusing technologies allow the XE-2100 to minimize the revision rate and produce accurate results even when interference is present.
Improves productivity and provides enhanced clinical insights
The Sysmex XE-2100 utilizes the power of fluorescent flow cytometry and hydrodynamic focusing technologies. Using a unique laser diode table, fluorescent flow cytometry provides the sensitivity needed to measure and differentiate cell types in whole blood and body fluid samples. Fluorescent technology and hydrodynamic focusing allows the XE-2100 to consistently differentiate normal platelet, erythrocyte, and leukocyte populations from abnormal populations, thereby reducing the number of manual interventions. The XE-2100 technology provides reportable and clinically relevant parameters.
Standard
NRBC fluorescent counting with excellent sensitivity and specificity for low review rates
Provides improvement in low sensitivity
Allows for quick reporting
Provides efficient automated correction of WBC and spread results
Immature granulocyte count (IG% and #) provides quantitative and reportable results for metamyelocytes, myelocytes, and promyelocytes
Reduces rates of low positives and false negatives
Achieve consistent results by reducing technician-to-technician variations in reporting manual differentials
Improve response time with fewer manual spreads
Platelet counts using fluorescent optical and traditional impedance technology to improve the accuracy of very high and very low platelet counts
Get accurate counts when interference is present
Offers automated resolution by reporting PLT-O or PLT-I through instrument adjustments
Retic: Fluorescent reticulocyte counting to reduce manual confirmation methods and their inherent errors
Eliminate common interference to avoid manual counts
Improves the information of immature reticulocytes (IRF)
Reportable WBC and RBC counts for all common body fluid samples (CSF, synovial, and serous)
Optional
RET-He: reticulocyte hemoglobin count content measures the incorporation of iron within erythrocytes to assist the physician with the evaluation and management of anemia (e.g., anemia for functional iron deficiency)
Provides direct and rapid analysis of an early stage of red blood cell development
It is an established parameter used in the Medical Guidelines for the Management of Kidney Disease (KDOQI) to assess baseline iron status in this type of patient
Supports effective adherence to protocols for expensive drugs for cell stimulation
IPF: Immature Platelet Fraction to Help the Physician Monitor Thrombopoietic Activity of the Bone Marrow
Ensures accuracy and sensitivity in immature platelet measurements
Provides delineation of abnormal platelet populations observed by doctors in disease states such as autoimmune purple thrombocytopenia (AITP) or purpura thrombotic thrombocytopenia (TTP)
Allows rapid reporting of results for prompt clinical information
HPC: A hematopoietic progenitor cell count that can be used by the doctor to determine the presence of hematopoietic progenitor cells and umbilical cord samples
Provides quality information to better assist clinicians with patient treatment protocols
Offers rapid analysis versus conventional methods for rapid determination of optimal cell harvest time
Reduces costs as the system does not require additional reagents, sample volume, or specific technical knowledge
