Step1: Collect blood directly into Longtime PRF vacuum tube.

Step2: Immediately Centrifuge for 9 min at 1500 g.

Step3: Gel separates platelets from RBC and granulocytes. platelets are formed in a PRF matrix.

Step4: Enter a spatule to collect the PRF matrix.

Step5: PRF is ready for use.
