1. The sterilization box must be opened and cooled before removing the sealing ring inside the sterilization box
2. Start at any corner and use the removal tool to loosen the sealing ring and pull it out
3. Once a corner is free, grab the sealing ring and pull it down to remove it from the sterilization box. Be careful not to tear the 2 positioning pieces in each corner of the seal ring (2 protruding points on the corner of the seal ring)
4. After removing the sealing ring in the box, check and clean the residue or debris in the sterilization box tank
5. Using RPI lubricant or liquid soap, the seal ring is fully lubricated and ready for installation. Note: It is not necessary to lubricate the inside of the sterilization box
6. When installing the sealing ring, it is best to start from the back corner of the sterilization box (air intake). Install the four corners first, then slide the seal in. Align the air intakes and their location tags with the box. The spacer must pass through the hole in the box
7. Insert the sealing ring into the groove of the tape cartridge
8. When you move along the direction of the mounting seal ring, check all corners to ensure the positioning piece
Stay in place
9. After the seal ring is fully installed, make a final inspection of all corners and all spacers
10. Run several test cycles to check for steam leakage. Note: It is normal to hear hiss first during the test cycle. Sound from excess liquid lubricant or soapy liquid after discharge seals normally
11. After running the test cycle, if the steam is still leaking, reinstall the seal and run another test cycle. If steam leaks still occur, the problem may not be the seal, but something else."
