Dynabeads™ Goat Anti-Mouse IgG binds to your choice of monoclonal mouse IgG for specific cell isolation or depletion . Cells from all species except mouse can be isolated with this product, depending on the specific antibody chosen.

• Removal: cells can be cleared from the sample
• Positive isolation: cells can be positively isolated from the sample for molecular applications
• Negative isolation: cells can be removed by adding mouse IgG antibodies mixture to negatively isolate target cells from the PBMC sample to remove unwanted cells. Compatible with flow cytometry analysis.

Note: For more general binding to mouse IgG of any subclass, use Dynabeads™ Pan Mouse Ig (Cat. No. 110-41D or 110-42D).
