Dynabeads™ Pan Mouse IgG combines your choice of monoclonal mouse IgG for
specific cell isolation or depletion . Binds to all mouse IgG
subclasses and has Fc specificity. Only a small amount of IgG is required for binding. Cells from all species except mouse can be isolated with this product, depending on the specific antibody chosen.

• Removal: cells can be removed from the sample
• Positive isolation: cells can be positively isolated from the sample
for use in molecular applications
• Negative isolation: cells can be removed by adding Mouse IgG antibody cocktail for unwanted
cells that negatively isolates target cells from PBMC samples. Compatible
Flow cytometry analysis.

Note:
For cell analysis we recommend using positive isolation, which
then releases the beads from the cells. Recommended bead-free cell product: Dynal™
CELLection™ Pan Mouse IgG conjugated with mouse IgG (Cat. No. 115-31D).

Starting samples:

Whole blood, PBMC, buffy coat and tissue digests.
