Dynabeads™ Human Treg Expander is used to activate and expand human regulatory T cells (Treg cells) through Dynabeads™ After isolation from regulatory CD4+CD25+ T cells kit (Cat. No.: 11363D).

Dynabeads™ Human Treg Expander provides a simple method to activate and expand regulatory T cells without the need for antigen-presenting cells or antigens. Dynabeads™ Human Treg Expanders are uniformly sized 4.5 µm superparamagnetic microbeads surface-conjugated with optimized anti-CD3 and anti-CD28 monoclonal antibodies. By conjugating anti-CD3 and anti-CD28 antibodies simultaneously on Dynabeads™, the beads provide primary and co-stimulatory signals required for Treg cell activation and expansion.
