Use this kit to enrich viable human dendritic cells (DC) from PBMC by negative isolation. This kit can eliminate T cells, B cells, monocytes/macrophages, granulocytes, NK cells and red blood cells. Highly enriched dendritic cells (DC) are bead-free, antibody-free and can be used in any functional assay. Cells should be further sorted to obtain specific dendritic cell (DC) subpopulations with high purity.

Methodology:
Add anti-non-dendritic to the sample A cocktail of antibodies that bind to the cells. Dynabeads™ are added and bind to antibody-labeled cells during a short incubation period. Bead-bound cells on the magnetic rack are rapidly detached and discarded. The remaining contamination-free human dendritic cells (DCs) can be directly sorted into selected subpopulations or used for any other application.
