Dynabeads™ The CD4 Positive Isolation Kit contains uniformly sized superparamagnetic beads (4.5 µm diameter) covalently coated with a monoclonal antibody specific for the CD4 membrane antigen expressed primarily on human helper/inducible T cells. The kit also includes DETACHaBEAD™ reagent, which releases cells from Dynabeads™ to obtain pure CD4⁺ cells. This gentle magnetic separation process yields highly viable beads and antibody-free cells that can be used in any downstream assay.

Mix Dynabeads™ with the sample in a culture tube.
