+ T cells are isolated from the human body layer, mononuclear cells (MNC) or tissue digest products. Cells are then released from the beads using FlowComp™ Release Buffer.

Dynabeads™ FlowComp™ Human CD3 contains homogeneous, superparamagnetic Microbeads (diameter 2.8 µm) allow for the easy isolation of human CD3⁺ cells directly from any sample in just three steps. First, FlowComp™ Human CD3 Antibody is mixed with the sample in a culture tube, where the antibody binds to the target cells during a short incubation period. CD3⁺ T cells that have bound specific antibodies are then captured by FlowComp™ Dynabeads™ and Magnetic rack Separates unbound cells. Finally, FlowComp™ Release Buffer is added to release target cells from the beads. This fast, gentle separation method eliminates the use of columns and helps ensure high purity, recovery, and viability of isolated CD3⁺ cells. Cells can be used in any downstream application.
