Dynabeads™ FlowComp™ Human CD14 uses uniformly sized superparamagnetic Microbeads (diameter 2.8 µm) allow for the easy isolation of human CD14⁺ monocytes directly from any sample in just three steps. First, FlowComp™ Human CD14 Antibody is mixed with the sample in a test tube. The antibody binds to CD14⁺ monocytes during a short incubation process. CD14⁺ monocytes that have bound specific antibodies are then captured by FlowComp™ Dynabeads™ and Magnetic rackSeparation from unbound cells. Finally, CD14⁺ monocytes are released from the beads by adding FlowComp™ Release Buffer. This fast, gentle separation method eliminates the need for spin columns and helps ensure high purity, recovery, and viability of isolated CD14⁺ monocytes.
