Use this kit with any mouse IgG to perform cell populations from all species (except mouse) Positive isolation. Antibodies are linked to the surface of CELLection™ Dynabeads™ via DNA ligase; the linker provides cleavage sites to release and remove the beads from the cells after isolation. The bead-free cells are viable and can be used in any downstream application.
