This kit is suitable for use with any biotinylated antibody for positive isolation of cell populations including mouse cells. Biotinylated antibodies are linked to CELLection™ Dynabeads™ via DNA ligase; the linker provides cleavage sites for removal of beads from cells. The detached cells are viable and can be used for any downstream application.
