Use PureLink™ DNase Kit
RNase-free DNase Kit is lyophilized and optimized for on-column digestion of DNA using the PureLink™ protocol. The degree of DNA digestion by PureLink™ DNase is optional for most PureLink™ RNA kits because PureLink™ technology effectively removes most DNA; however, some downstream applications that are sensitive to small amounts of DNA may require further DNA removal.
