The PureLink™ 96 Plasmid Purification System uses a unique centrifugation format that eliminates well-to-well cross-contamination, a critical factor in PCR and microarrays. Isolated plasmid DNA is suitable for automated sequencing reactions, providing excellent read length and data quality. Can process 96 samples or smaller increments at a time. PureLink™ 384 Plasmid Purification Plate is designed for ultra-high-throughput DNA isolation. By utilizing the same technology as the PureLink™ 96 Plasmid Purification System, the PureLink™ 384 Plasmid Purification Plate saves time and effort while reliably isolating high-quality plasmid DNA for DNA sequencing, PCR, and restriction enzyme digestion.
