UltraPure™ 20X SSC is a formulated solution for nucleic acid hybridization and blot transfer applications. Its use concentration range is 0.2x to 20x, depending on the application. Available in 1 L plastic bottles or 4 L or 10 L stackable Cubitainer™ cartons, sterile-filtered UltraPure™ 20X SSC contains 3.0 M NaCl and 0.3 M sodium citrate, pH 7.0.
