UltraPure™ Sepharose-1000 is a polysaccharide (see structure) used for size-based analysis in agarose gel electrophoresis Isolate nucleic acids. UltraPure™ Agarose 1000 is specially formulated for high-resolution separation of small (<1,000 bp) DNA, RNA and PCR fragments. This standard melting point agarose separates different DNA fragments down to 10 bp in size. Advantages of using UltraPure™ Agarose 1000:

Improved packaging
