3´ RACE system is suitable for Rapid Amplification of cDNA Ends (RACE) (1-3) and for specific points within mRNA and 3 ´ Anchored PCR between poly(A) termini (Fig. 1). This system can be used to amplify rare messages for which little sequence information is available, as well as to capture the 3´ end of mRNA. 3´ RACE System:

•Can be used with the 5´ RACE System to clone full-length sequences
•Use the advanced features of SuperScript™ II RT for higher first-strand cDNA yields
• Includes control RNA and primers for monitoring system performance

• Converts up to 1 µg of total RNA preparation or 100 ng of control RNA to cDNA in one reaction
