By using smaller resin particles, higher resolutions can be achieved and generate over 3000psi at standard flow rates column back pressure. Running this column under standard conditions and taking advantage of high flow rates and short run times requires a high-pressure IC system, such as a Thermo Scientific™ Dionex™ ICS-5000+ HPIC™ or Thermo Scientific™ Dionex™ Integrion™ HPIC™ System.
