Cap design

• Caps feature automated screw caps and are compatible with Nunc capping and decapping equipment
• Tubes with external screw caps can be stored at cryogenic temperatures down to vapor phase liquid nitrogen

Safe tracking

• Permanently bonded unique QR code is laser-etched onto the bottom of the tube for secure identification and tracking of samples
• Barcoded tube racks are now available to allow individual tube tracking at the same time rack
• Thermo Scientific QR code readers instantly decode the barcode on each tube to transfer tube information into your application or database
• Tubes with white Sample information writing area can supplement or replace the QR code

Strict quality control

• Scan the QR code after production is completed QR code to ensure readability
• Check the barcode against a database of previously assigned codes to prevent duplication
