Thermo Scientific SuperSignal ELISA Pico Chemiluminescent Substrate is optimized for obtaining strong luminescent signals and can be used in photometer-based detection Provides excellent performance in applications.
Features of SuperSignal ELISA Pico chemiluminescent substrate:
•
Immediate luminescence—Generates a strong signal immediately at room temperature or 37°C with a wavelength of 425nm< br>•
High signal-to-noise ratio—minimized background
•
Low picogram-level sensitivity—able to detect low picogram-level proteins in ELISA experiments
•
Room temperature storage—Transport at ambient temperature, store at room temperature
•
Working fluid remains stable within 8 hours—Working fluid remains stable within 8 hours, 24 Only 10% activity loss in hours
•
Flexible—signals can be read in black or white opaque plates
SuperSignal ELISA Pico Chemiluminescent Substrate is used for enzyme detection and Chemiluminescent substrate for quantitative analysis, providing higher sensitivity for ELISA experiments or other solution-based analysis experiments. These ELISA reactions can be performed in test tubes or microplates, and relative light units (RLU) are detected by a photometer.
Chemiluminescent substrates are different from other substrates in that they only emit light briefly when a reaction occurs between the enzyme and the substrate. This is significantly different from the formation of stable chromogenic products; the latter The color remains in the reaction well after the reaction between enzyme and substrate is complete.
