SuperSignal ELISA Femto Substrate is a chemiluminescent substrate for enzyme detection and quantitative analysis. ELISA experiments or other solution-based detection experiments provide higher sensitivity. These ELISA reactions can be performed in test tubes or microplates, and relative light units (RLU) are detected by a photometer.

SuperSignal ELISA substrate uses an improved enhancer system to meet the needs of high-throughput screening (HTS) applications and diagnostic assays. SuperSignal ELISA Femto Substrate generates a detectable light signal within one minute with the addition of trace levels of soluble HRP, saving up to 30 minutes per assay. This property makes SuperSignal ELISA Femto Substrate ideal for HTS applications, capable of completing up to 100,000 analyzes on automated equipment.
