SuperSignal ELISA Femto Substrate is a chemiluminescent substrate for enzyme detection and quantitative analysis. ELISA experiments or other solution-based detection experiments provide higher sensitivity. These ELISA reactions can be performed in test tubes or microplates, and relative light units (RLU) are detected by a photometer.
SuperSignal ELISA substrate uses an improved enhancer system to meet the needs of high-throughput screening (HTS) applications and diagnostic assays.
