This 2.0 M triethylamine acetic acid solution is used with an OPC™ purification column (Cat. No. 400771) for oligonucleotides purification. Ethylamine triacetate solutions are available in convenient large-volume formats for use with the ABI 394 Nucleic Acid Synthesizer, allowing for a wider range of hands-free DNA synthesis. Connecting these larger vials to the synthesizer can produce up to 40 oligonucleotides of average primer length without changing vials, reducing the time to completion by 50%.
