When using Thermo Scientific™ Dionex IonPac AS10 anion concentration column, Dionex IonPac AC10 concentration column is the preferred anion concentration column. Dionex IonPac AC10 concentrator columns are available in two sizes: 4 x 50mm and 2 x 50mm. The 2mm format minimizes dead volume when operating micropore systems.
Dionex IonPac and Thermo Scientific™ Dionex™ IonSwift™ anion concentration columns are primarily designed for high-purity water analysis. Concentration columns retain ions from a measured volume of aqueous sample matrix, thereby concentrating the analytes and reducing detection limits by 2–5 orders of magnitude.

- 2mm Dionex IonPac AS10 columns: 2 x 50mm Dionex IonPac AC10 condensation columns (dead volume ∼52µL, capacity ∼0.8µeq/column)
