MicroAmp™ Optical Strip Caps are designed to fit onto MicroAmp™ tube strips and 96-well plates. They have a flat top appearance and are suitable for real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR. For end-point PCR applications, see our MicroAmp™ manifold lids (e.g., Cat. No. N8010535), which feature a dome profile.

Minimize evaporation
Use MicroAmp™ in-line caps to seal test tubes containing precious samples. This will reduce the possibility of contamination between sample wells and help ensure reliable results.

Easy to Use
Use the MicroAmp™ Cap Installation Tool to push the cap down to create a tight seal. When you're ready, simply lift the lid using the pull-tab at the end.

The optical cover has been redesigned with improved features. The new design features improved sealing geometry while still providing excellent optical clarity and low fluorescence background.
