Applied Biosystems™ MicroAmp™ plastic consumables are optimized for unparalleled temperature accuracy and uniformity for fast, Efficient, oil-free PCR amplification. MicroAmp™ Fast 8-tube strips are tightly packed into the Veriti™ Fast 96-well thermal cycler to maximize thermal conductivity and facilitate precise control of cycle temperatures. It requires the use of MicroAmp™ Fast 96-well tray.

Amplify in as little as 25 minutes
The Applied Biosystems™ fast PCR system consists of premixed AmpliTaq Gold™ or GeneAmp™ Fast PCR Master Mix, specially designed microplates and tubes, and the Veriti™ 96-well Thermal Cycler to significantly shorten PCR amplification times time. Now you can amplify fragments less than 500 bp in length from multiple genomic backgrounds in approximately 25 minutes (and in some cases as low as 10 minutes). You can also amplify large fragments up to 2 kb faster in as little as 40–50 minutes.
