Thermal Contact Better stability for faster and more uniform heating
The advanced design of the MicroAmp™ Fast 96-well reaction plate significantly improves its thermal contact with the Applied Biosystems™ Veriti™ 96-well Fast Thermal Cycler. The plate also has a consistent well-to-well thickness so all sample cycles in a PCR are processed uniformly. These features reduce experimental artifacts and help ensure fast, accurate results.

Amplify in as little as 25 minutes
Use the Applied Biosystems™ Fast System (includes premixed Fast PCR Master Mix, specially designed 0.1 mL microplates, and tubes) and the Veriti™ 96-well Rapid Thermal Cycler for rapid amplification. You can now amplify fragments less than 500 bp in length from multiple genetic backgrounds in approximately 25 minutes (and in some cases as little as 10 minutes). You can also amplify large fragments—up to 2 kb—at faster speeds in as little as 40–50 minutes. For sequencing applications, AmpliTaq Gold™ Fast PCR Master Mix reduces your cycle time to 50 minutes and generates amplicons for high-quality sequencing results.
