TaqMan Universal Master Mix II can be used to amplify complementary DNA (cDNA) and DNA targets in a variety of applications, including quantification and genotyping.

• Uracil-N-Glycosylase (UNG)
• Optimized Buffer Components

TaqMan Universal Master Mix II has been optimized for use with primers and TaqMan probes that have been designed according to Thermo Fisher Scientific guidelines. This master mix can be used in custom TaqMan assays available through our custom assay service, or in pre-optimized assays such as:
