• For applications requiring repeated sampling, automated liquid handling equipment can be used to pierce pre-opened Matrix SepraSeal seals, which require very little pressure while the lid remains sealed due to its self-closing properties
• For applications that require storage at temperatures as low as -80°C, the better-sealing DuraSeal is a more suitable choice than SepraSeal—also suitable for repeated punctures
• Matrix DuraSeal's pre-opened V-shaped design allows automatic liquid handling syringes to accurately and reliably puncture the same location for repeated sampling—the self-closing design maintains sample integrity and avoids loss during storage
