For the determination of monosaccharides, disaccharides, and linear polysaccharides in a variety of matrices, use the rugged Thermo Scientific™ Dionex™ CarboPac™ PA1 Analytical & Guard Column. This specialized anion exchange column is used in conjunction with a pulsed amperometric detector (PAD) to provide high-resolution separations. The unique Thermo Scientific™ Dionex™ MicroBead™ shell structure of Dionex CarboPac PA1 resin makes it stable in all concentrations of buffered salt solutions at pH 0–14. The resin structure of the thin shell provides excellent mass transfer, allowing for rapid gradient re-equilibration.
