Analysis of common inorganic anions and low molecular weight organic acids in multiple matrices- Compliance monitoring of common anions in drinking water as described in U.S. EPA Method 300.0 (A) li>
- Determine low levels of inorganic anions in complex matrices using large loop injections
- Excellent fluoride, acetate, and formate retention and quantification capabilities
< li>Use the 150 mm column to quickly separate common inorganic anions in simple matrices in less than 5 minutes- Use the 150 mm column for efficient, fast analysis and increase sample throughput
- Compatible with organic solvents to improve analyte solubility, change column selectivity, or facilitate efficient column cleaning
Recommended for inorganic anion analysis in a variety of sample matrices strong>- Water source water and drinking water, municipal and industrial wastewater
- Industrial cooling water and wastewater, acid rain
- Anionic counterions in food and beverages, pharmaceutical preparations
Available in a variety of formats for application flexibilityThe shorter 150 mm Dionex IonPac AS18-Fast column is more efficient than the longer 250 mm column. When analyzing relatively clean matrices, it runs quickly and is available in three specifications with guard columns:
- 4x150mm standard hole AS18-Fast column, with 4x30mm guard column
< li>2x150mm microbore AS18-Fast column with 2x30mm guard column- 0.4x150mm capillary AS18-Fast column with 0.4x35mm guard column
Capillary column Reduced eluent requirements, thus lowering operating costsCapillary columns can significantly reduce operating and waste disposal costs by saving eluent. Dionex IonPac AS18-Fast capillary columns use the same packing material as their standard and microbore counterparts and therefore provide the same performance. Operating costs are reduced because the eluent flow rate when operating a capillary system is only 1% of a standard orifice system. Capillary columns can be used with Thermo Scientific™ Dionex™ ICS-4000 and ICS-5000+ capillary systems.
Need higher resolution or faster separation? - If you require higher resolution separations of more complex sample matrices, choose the longer 250mm Dionex™ IonPac™ AS18 Hydroxide Selective Anion Exchange Column
< li>For faster, higher-resolution separations of relatively clean sample matrices, use the small particle size Dionex™ IonPac™ AS18-4µm hydroxide-selective anion exchange column. Using 4µm columns requires a high-pressure IC system.
