High-capacity, high-resolution separation
The unique macroporous matrix coated with a strong anion-exchange latex nanoparticle layer can achieve high-capacity, fast, and high-resolution separation. The column's excellent resolution and linearity enable accurate, quantitative analysis of carbohydrate compounds.

Used with pulsed amperometric detection (PAD) systems, Dionex CarboPac SA10 columns enable the direct determination of carbohydrate compounds without derivatization and with minimal sample preparation or cleanup. The column is able to separate a wide range of sample concentrations with high reproducibility and can withstand thousands of injection cycles at high pH.

Micropore format reduces sample volume and solvent requirements
Dionex CarboPac SA10 columns are now available in 2mm analytical and guard columns. Microbore column kits complement standard bore 4-mm columns with the following features:

• Lower sample volume requirements
• Low eluent consumption
• Optimum connectivity to mass spectrometry (MS) and PAD systems
