These metal-free trap columns remove transition metal impurities and rare earth impurities, preventing them from over-concentrating and affecting trace analysis of eluents. Metals captured by Dionex IonPac MFC-1 and Dionex IonPac MFC 500 can be easily removed from the trap column using an acidic regeneration solution.
