Dionex IonPac SCS 1 Silica Cation Separation Column is a unique hydrophobic, low capacity, weak cation exchange column for cations using non-suppression conductivity detection Assay design. Its base is silica-based poly(butadiene-maleic acid) with a particle size of 4.5 μm. The base microspheres are coated with a coating with unique carboxylic acid functional groups. Dionex IonPac SCS 1 columns can be used with eluents with pH values in the range 2–7 and are compatible with typical organic solvents (such as acetonitrile and acetone) up to 100% concentration. Note: Alcohols should be avoided.
