Manual separation is simple, gentle and efficient
DynaGreen Protein A magnetic beads are free of Microplastic superparamagnetic beads with recombinant Protein A covalently coupled to the surface. The smaller size of submicron magnetic beads (approximately 250 nm) reduces the sedimentation rate and increases the target capture surface area. Therefore, efficient and high-yield separation of target proteins can be achieved within 80 minutes in a simple direct or indirect immunoprecipitation (bind-incubate-elute) protocol without pre-wash steps.

The magnetic separation technology used by DynaGreen Protein A magnetic beads is fast and gentle, producing very little physical pressure on the target protein. Additionally, the non-porous nature of the magnetic bead surface means there is a lower risk of antibodies becoming stuck and becoming inaccessible, minimizing the amount of antibody required to produce accurate and reproducible results.
