For high-resolution, high-efficiency analysis of monoclonal antibodies (mAbs) and related variants, use Thermo Scientific™ MAbPac™ SCX-10 RS Monoclonal Antibody Analytical Column (5µm). The unique nonporous thin-film resin provides resolution sufficient to separate mAb variants that differ by only one charged residue. A hydrophilic layer surrounds the polymer beads to prevent hydrophobic interactions with the resin, allowing the column to achieve ultra-high efficiency. A patented grafted cation exchange surface provides selective control of pH for high-resolution separations.
