Acclaim Trinity P2 stationary phase uses Nanohybrid Silica Polymer (NSH) technology and consists of high-purity, porous, spherical silica particles coated with charged nanopolymer particles. This unique surface chemistry consists of an inner pore region of the silica bead modified with a covalently bonded organic layer that provides cation exchange retention. The outer pore surface is modified with anion-exchange nanopolymer beads. This chemical structure ensures spatial separation of the anion exchange zone and the cation exchange zone.
