MagniSort™ Mouse CD8 Naïve T Cell Enrichment Kit is designed for the magnetic isolation of CD8 Naïve T cells by negative selection . It has been optimized for the isolation of mouse CD8 naive T cells from the spleen or lymph nodes using a mixture of biotinylated antibodies and streptavidin-coated magnetic beads. The unintended cells are bound by the antibody and then by the magnetic beads, which allow the CD8 naive T cells to remain untouched and free in solution when they are placed in a magnetic field.
