MagniSort™ Mouse B Cell Enrichment Kit is designed to magnetically separate mouse B cells through negative selection. It is optimized for the isolation of mouse B cells from spleen or lymph nodes using a mixture of biotinylated antibodies and streptavidin-coated magnetic beads. Non-target cells are bound by the antibody and then bound to the magnetic beads, leaving untouched free B cells in the solution if they are placed in a magnetic field.
