MagniSort™ Mouse NK Cell Enrichment Kit is designed to magnetically separate mouse NK cells through negative selection. This kit cannot isolate NKT cells. It is optimized for the isolation of mouse NK cells from the spleen using a mixture of biotinylated antibodies and streptavidin-coated magnetic beads. Non-target cells are bound by the antibody and then bound to the magnetic beads, leaving untouched free NK cells in the solution if they are placed in a magnetic field.
