MagniSort™ Human Pan-Monocyte Enrichment Kit is designed to enrich conventional CD14+ and unconventional CD16+CD14- monocytes by negative selection Cells were magnetically separated. It is optimized for the isolation of human pan-monocytes from normal human peripheral blood mononuclear cells using a mixture of biotinylated antibodies and streptavidin-coated magnetic beads.
