Achieve superior reversed-phase oligonucleotide separations with Thermo Scientific™ DNAPac™ RP HPLC columns. This unique chemical application structure is specifically designed for the analysis of oligonucleotides and double-stranded (ds) DNA/RNA fragments in LC-UV or LC-MS. The chemistry of this column provides excellent performance over a wide range of pH and temperature conditions and with a variety of mobile phase compositions. In addition, the resin's larger pore size allows for excellent separation of larger double-stranded nucleic acids up to 10k base pairs.

High Performance Reversed Phase LC Columns

DNAPac RP columns are constructed of spherical wide pore size 4 µm polymeric resin. The phase is extremely stable and tolerates extreme pH (0-14) and temperature (5-110°C) conditions, and can be operated with mobile phases compatible with direct mass spectrometry. The column is available on both HPLC and UHPLC instruments, enabling high resolution and high throughput for oligonucleotides, and resolving both small and very large dsDNA fragments. DNAPac RP reversed-phase (RP) columns are designed for the separation of oligonucleotides and DNA/RNA fragments. The stationary phase is fully compatible with organic solvents and ion-pairing reagents suitable for mass spectrometry, such as triethylamine (TEA) and hexylamine (HA). The large pore size of the polymeric resin enables efficient separation of larger nucleic acids with low rates of residual contamination.
