Low Input RiboMinus™ Eukaryotic Cell System v2 outperforms previous systems (RiboMinus™ Eukaryotic Cell Kit for RNA-Seq) by removing significantly more rRNA (cytoplasmic and mitochondrial) from total RNA Improve on the basis of. When used for sequencing with our library construction kits, the Low Input RiboMinus™ Eukaryotic Cell System v2 provides a greater degree of reference database mapping with less bias, maintaining relative gene expression levels of smaller RNA species. The resulting total RNA after removal contains less contaminating rRNA, reducing variability.
Low Input RiboMinus Eukaryotic Cell System v2 is designed to remove human, mouse and rat rRNA. Contains a magnetic bead purification module for purifying the entire transcriptome without altering the expression levels of small or non-coding RNAs. For column purification, see RiboMinus™ Eukaryotic Cell Kit v2. Low Input RiboMinus Eukaryotic Cell System v2 has an RNA input range of 100 ng–1 µg. For high starting amounts (up to 5 μg), the RiboMinus™ Eukaryotic Cell System v2 is recommended.
